Tonight I am making:
Mixed baby lettuce salad, with mushrooms, feta, tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette (pretty basic) Prime rib roast rubbed with garlic, olive oil, thyme, and rosemary Cabernet sage jus/reduction (using the drippings, cab, and fresh sage) Red roasted potatoes with Rosemary (thank you Ina Garten!) Garlic Parmesan Bread Right now the family is out having a quick cocktail while I am here alone...
